Murray has found himself most effective in the pooling together of his knowledge and experience in the many diverse aspects of financial planning with which he has been involved in the last decade. He then moved to a national brokerage chain specializing in investment trading before moving to a global investment firm focusing on investment portfolio construction. Murray's desire for a client-centered business led him to go independent and form eLuminate Financial Services, Inc. His entrepreneurial spirit has helped him further expand his business interests in the formation of Johnson Valley Management, LLC to specialize in property management and land development.A lifelong personal passion of Murray’s is community service. As a civic leader, he has been actively involved all his life in community affairs through a number of volunteer activities. He currently sits on the Maricopa County Planning and Zoning Commission, helping to direct the growth and future of the fourth largest county in the nation.Two of Murray’s other personal passions are easily identified as travel and adventure. Recreationally, Murray loves to fill his life with adventure through sailing, scuba diving, playing polo, and flying. His extensive travels have taken him around the world visiting many historic and exotic locations. Murray has paired his love for community service with this desire for adventure through his involvement in Charity Rallies. Most recently, he has worked to organize a new Charity Rally that delivers ambulances and much-needed supplies to the people of Central America.
