The responsibilities of the role of Financial Administrator are mainly to assist the Financial team with regards to their financial reporting through:• Preparation of Bank, Cash, and sales reconciliations;• Cash flow reporting;• Processing cash transactions;• Accounts payable (invoice processing, supplier reconciliations etc.);• Accounts receivables;• H&L POS maintenance; and• Assisting with external audits.

Preparation of income tax, BAS, and FBT returns for several different companies under External Administration (Voluntary Administration, Official Liquidation, Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, and Receivership). Preparation of Creditor/Members reports (Annual and Creditors/meeting meeting) for all types of corporate insolvency. Liaising with various stakeholders and third parties (Australian Tax Office, Banks, Creditors, Debtors, Potential purchasers, etc.) Preparation of financial statements for companies and trusts (Post mortem and current). Organisation and attendance at several creditors/member meetings as well as taking minutes of meeting. Lodgement of various statutory requirements (Day one notice, notice of meeting, change of administration, and finalisation of administration). Day to day on management of various companies under external administration (Dairy farming company, Pipe manufacturing company, Hotel, Factory leasing, etc).
