For this role I was brought on board by the Head of Operations, to develop and deliver training for back office staff in the share processing space, ahead of the deployment of a computerised back office system and the roll out of the Clearing House functionality from the Stock Exchange. This involved the development of training modules for various procedural processes and the training of staff who had never worked in a financial services environment.The role developed into training of broking staff who were joining the retail dealing desks and their onboarding over a 3 month period.
