Among my additional unique qualifications and accomplishments:• Cost Savings through RMA Reduction: Having spearheaded initiatives that reduced Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) rate to a new company low of 0.93%, yielding substantial cost savings. • Audit Excellence: Led the team to achieve zero findings results in AS9100, ISO14001 & 45001 audits. Through this demonstration of compliance to industry standards we were able to achieve this company first as well.• Spearheaded rebuild of an entire quality system, including overhauling the leadership culture and overall impression of quality. • Chaired and implemented the Reverse Engineering program from 3D scanning to CAD to printing and release.• Led Quality in manufacturing of 3D printed components within Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Military & Defense industry spaces.Managed multiple sites and employees in ITAR controlled facilities.
