Responsible for strategically directing and executing Supply Chain/Purchasing/Inventory Control business plans. As a leader of SWP Supply Chain team, I established the strategic direction focused on improving responsiveness to customer demands through the optimization of capacity resources, working cross-functionally to maximize supply source output, customer fill-rates and inventory turns.

Purchasing Manager – EMS Group Worked cross functionally with Operations, Sales and Marketing Management to determine manufacturing and off-shore manufacturing production requirements through the development and execution of supply requirements and fulfillment strategies for all supply sources while meeting the business inventory goals- Developed/launched Supplier Scorecard to manage and track the key performance elements and provide feedback loop internally and externally. - Exceeded cost savings budget.
