• Key Responsibilities: I handle several floors and factory’s top management at a time and monitor our production and quality very closely. Also I visit Buyer’s Head Office (Decathlon) frequently for inspection and order.

 Conduct the Pre-final and Final inspection of the product. As an in charge of GPQ department need to prepare the QC to get the validation from Buyer for the final Inspection. Follow up the weekly final inspection that is conduct by the Buyer, Third party and validated GPQ. Communicate with Buyer for any quality issue that is found in the production.
