I have extensive experience in the healthcare IT industry, international start-ups, and advocacy. As COO and Managing Partner of our international healthcare IT start-up, my role involves attracting new customers and clients, positioning our organization as a leader in the healthcare IT industry, increasing brand awareness, ensuring top-tier customer support, overseeing daily operations, managing finances, developing and executing business strategies, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within our team. I'm also proud to be a Chief Member and sit on various committees focused on DEI. My background in operations and start-ups gave me valuable experience in managing resources, developing processes, and navigating the challenges of growing a business from the ground up. My subsequent focus on HR and legal matters allowed me to develop expertise in managing talent, building compliant and equitable workplaces, and navigating the complex legal landscape of employment and business law. All of these experiences have prepared me well for my current role, where I draw on past experiences and expertise to lead the company to success in the dynamic and rapidly-evolving healthcare IT industry.Additionally, my passion for advocacy and previous experience with women's safe houses and after-school programs have fostered inspiration to create programs and initiatives that support equity and empowerment for underrepresented and underserved groups.
