I learned the ropes, led several migration and upgrade projects, and gained an immense understanding of ISPs and their governance.As I progressed through my career, I recognized the need for high-performing technology solutions that focus on delighting customers. That’s where Syber Group came in. I co-founded Syber Technologies to support organizational growth by providing technology solutions to fill operational gaps, streamline processes, and provide the highest quality service to customers. Syber Technologies became Syber Group and has grown from six to 145 staff with five distinct entities: Technology Provider, Fintech, e-Travel, e-Commerce, & e-Delivery. It is one of the most successful business development stories in Sudan, and the innovation, leadership, and collaboration that my team and I provide has fueled that success. My leadership style is one that focuses on professional development, growth, transparency, and collaboration.
