• Develop and validate analytical methods used to analyze pharmaceutical products for their identity, purity, potency, and stability.• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.• Operate and maintain sophisticated analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), Spectrophotometers, etc.• Analyze and interpret analytical data, and document all test results, ensuring that they are accurately recorded and compliant with good documentation practices.• Conduct stability studies on pharmaceutical products to assess their shelf life and ensure they remain safe and effective over time.• Ensure all analytical testing is performed according to relevant regulatory guidelines, such as those set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or other regulatory bodies in different countries.• Investigate out-of-specification results and unexpected findings, and participate in troubleshooting activities to identify the root cause and implement corrective actions.• Collaborate with other departments such as Formulation, Quality Assurance, and Research & Development to address analytical issues and provide support for product development and improvements.• Regularly calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.• Adhere to safety protocols and follow good laboratory practices (GLP) to maintain a safe working environment and produce reliable data.• Participate in the transfer of analytical methods between different laboratories or sites within the company, ensuring consistency and accuracy of results.• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections related to analytical procedures and data.
