As a Senior Onboarding Analyst, I am responsible for managing the entire onboarding process, ensuring smooth and efficient integration of client trading systems. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while also collaborating with various internal teams to provide exceptional service.RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure successful integration of their trading systems with our platform.• Coordinate and guide clients through the technical aspects of implementing the FIX protocol, including connectivity setup, message flow configuration, and testing to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange.• Collaborate with clients to gather their trading workflow and technical requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks for the technical teams involved.• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during the onboarding process. Work collaboratively with internal development teams to address and resolve these issues promptly.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact during the onboarding process. Provide timely updates, address inquiries, and ensure overall client satisfaction.• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and successful onboarding process. Provide insights and feedback to enhance the onboarding process.• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to the FIX protocol, trading systems, and financial technology. Implement these best practices to enhance the onboarding process.• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process. Proactively propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Senior Test Analyst I am responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Raptor Trading Systems. Designing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive testing strategies, managing a team of test analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address defects. Maintaining high standards of software quality and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts that cover various testing scenarios, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.• Lead and oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to testing methodologies.• Identify defects, document issues, and collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.• Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and ensure a thorough evaluation of software applications.• Mentor and guide junior test analysts, providing technical guidance, training, and support in testing methodologies and tools.• Assign testing tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets testing deadlines and quality standards.• Design, execute, and analyze performance and load tests to assess the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of applications.• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to simulate real-world usage scenarios and identify performance bottlenecks.• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the refinement of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.• Actively participate in retrospective meetings to discuss testing outcomes and propose strategies for enhancement.

MIXIT is an ION Group Company which is broker-neutral, multi-asset trading platform offering an Order/Execution Management System (OMS/EMS) via FIX connectivity, Over 5 Years of working experience in a Global Operations Department specifically as a FIX Connectivity- Implementation Engineer which required following skills for various Trading Asset Classes Implementations and Client Services/Support. Responsibilities:• Manage proactive ready-for-business checks, identify any FIX gaps, and respond promptly to failures. • Monitoring FIX Sessions and coordinating with FIX networks in case of sessions disconnects.• Certified with new FIX networks to establish FIX connectivity with them and onboarding potential customers.• Algorithm Certification DMA & Options and maintain Certified Vendor Matrix.• Responsible for answering support phone calls and issues raised via email s.• Raising such issues with relevant teams internally and following up on regular basis.• Updating customers regarding the status of their open FIX Implementation or FIX Connection requests/issues.• Managing the client onboarding process onto MIXIT electronic trading platforms• Worked closely and coordinated with different IT teams (internal & external) as required.• Maintained certified vendors matrix.• Worked as one of the main resources for preparing and maintaining various reports/ documentations as and when required by senior management.• Helped the team by sharing the workload (answering phone calls & responding to emails) when production service outages occur.• Provide expertise on any FIX related inquiries to the relevant business/application teams.• Manage the day to day workload of client onboarding and to keep the business informed of progress.
