Responsible for the product development and delivery of the Securities Borrowing and Lending product and it's launch for Saxo's retail and corporate investor base. Implemented a complex custody structure and integration with a third party Agency Lending service with a top tier SBL agency lending service provider. Solely responsible for IT vendor integrations to facilitate the smooth operational working of the product. Achieved an aggregate ~10% portfolio utilization for clients participating in the program thereby helping in enhancing the alpha of their portfolios.Designed and implemented operational processes and IT system architecture along with the IT organization to support the BAU working of the product offering.

Responsible for working on the CRO Target Operating Model of an newly setup legal entity in Dublin.

Responsible for the build out of the Prime Brokerage platform for Nomura post the Lehman Bros acquisition in London. This included client technology solutions, reporting infrastructure and static and reference data systems. Reported directly to the Global Head of Prime Services IT.
