Founder and manager one of the first ship-repair companies in the Caspian Sea that complied with international standards, delivering on major turn-key projects. For over 24 years, ran the day to day operations as well as long term strategy of the company.

Ran the day-to-day operations and attracted clients to a newly formed company specializing in electrical installations on board ships. Although focus was electrical installations, was able to introduce other services into the company such as hull and piping work. Functioned as the project manager for individual projects and overall planner for multidisciplinary jobs.

Planned and executed shipbuilding and ship-repair projects.

Started as an apprentice graduate engineer in production, in the mechanical department and rose to rank of head of mechanical department. Overhaul and repair of main engines, propellers, shafts, thrusters, cranes, winches and much more. Installation of new equipment and upgrade of existing equipment. Responsible for manning and allocation of resources.
