Launching Chargebee for new verticals- Owned GTM planning and execution for Chargebee for new verticals (Non-SaaS including Media/OTT, Publications,and e-learning.)- Built a 16-week GTM playbook and executed on it for multiple new industries. This involved market research, value prop building, narrative & messaging development, customer advocacy, demand planning and campaign setup, content strategy, and analytics.- Built a solid content funnel across different awareness stages that steadily feed MQLs into the pipeline.Integrating new acquisitions into marketing:- Built a playbook to help merge newly acquired companies into Chargebee Marketing- This involved defining and overseeing acquisition ops workflow for demand analysis, data migration, and website transition; and narrative building for PR, value proposition for improved capabilities, and branding. - This ensured smooth operations for 3 newly acquired products.

First project was to launch RevenueStory - Chargebee's analytics platform- Owned branding, messaging, value proposition, early customer advocacy, webinars, etc. for the product- Built RevenueMD, a tool that helps diagnose your recurring revenue problems and offer corrective solutions.- Owned all things marketing for anything remotely related to subscription analytics and metrics.Helped build a quarterly product/feature release cadence that involved:- Developing messaging, value prop, and an overarching narrative for a set of features- Translating that messaging and narrative into content across the website, blogs, battle cards, pitch decks, webinars and PR launch- Owned prospect and customer communications for the releases which involved driving early adopter programs, and capturing market interest for the launched features.
