After working with Bhanuprakash Ads, Vysya & ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank), Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Mid / Senior level positions, he is a Co-Founder and Heads the HR & Talent Consulting practice at ACCTPRO Advisory services LLP with 50+ clients in Engineering Services, Professional Services, IT, BFSI, Pharma and Biotechnology and Start-Ups. He heads 5 Service lines now:  HR Advisory / CHRO Services Talent Acquisition – Executive Search & C-level Executive Search Change Management & OD Training – Leadership, Organization oriented Specific Skilling & Performance programs StaffingHis extensive exposure to Strategy, Talent Management, Performance Management, Trainings, Rewards & Recognitions, Employee Engagement, Compensation and other HR Operations areas helps him support organizations as a CHRO / solve their problem areas. He also supports some organizations in finding their Niche C-level executives especially in Professional Services & BFSI (Banking & Micro Finance). One highlight is his experience is in Change Management Initiatives on Competency framework areas, ACs & DCs, and OD initiatives with respect to realignment, conceptualisation, design & implementation of new HR mandates. His newfound passion is working with Start-Ups and SMEs to support them and mentor them in the HR areas with his technical and process knowledge and expertise.
