•Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Procedures and ensures that the Project Quality Systems meet the existing requirements of ISO 9000 series and Company’s Policies by assuring Technical Integrity and Fitness for purpose in overall Project engineering, materials, equipment and construction.•Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.•To monitor all work in progress and immediately notify the responsible site engineer, supervisor or foreman of any activity that may not be in accordance with project specifications and report the same to QA/QC manager.•Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.•If any defective material or non-conforming activity are found, immediately report to the project manager / QA/QC manager.•Monitor that all inspections and tests are carried out as indicated on the appropriate inspection & testing plans (ITP).•Plans, directs and performs QA/QC audits of internal and external organizations.•Reviewing and is responsible for all QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, ITP, project Quality Plans, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.•Preparation of Manufacture record Book -MRB (Final Documentation Dossier).

•Preparation, implementation and updating of the Project Quality Plan procedures.•Preparation of Material Submittals and construction method statements, Inspection and Test Plan and checklists for the project activities. •Inspecting all incoming materials, approved and stored properly as recommended.•Preparation of reports about non-confirming materials and construction and to ensure that non-confirming materials and construction are not incorporated into work and removed from the site.•Preparation of regular Inspection requests and Carrying out inspections for QC activities on site.•Implementation & maintenance of quality management system as per ISO 9001, documentation , quality control of site construction works( finishing & RCC)•Ensuring risk assessment / job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place. Proper coordinated with the safety officer and the site engineers.•Proper interaction and coordination with Consultant for approvals.•Proper interaction and coordination with project manager, independent testing laboratory and site team for project coordination.•Monitoring Non-Conformance’s on site, ensure necessary corrective and preventive measures are taken up with site team for close out.

•Preparation of construction method statements, Inspection and Test Plan and checklists for the project activities. •Inspecting all incoming materials, approved and stored properly as recommended.•Preparation of reports about non-confirming materials and construction and to ensure that non-confirming materials and construction are not incorporated into work and removed from the site.•Preparation of regular Inspection requests and Carrying out inspections for QC activities on site.•Ensuring risk assessment / job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place. Proper coordinated with the safety officer and the site engineers.•Proper interaction and coordination with Consultant for approvals.•Review material test reports and to assure that the specified tests are performed in an adequate number and results are in conformance with the specification requirements. Reviewing all quality records on site, update and retaining them in handover files.•Proper interaction and coordination with project manager, independent testing laboratory and site team for project coordination.•Coordinating for the subcontractor quality control/implementation on site.•Monitoring Non-Conformance’s on site, ensure necessary corrective and preventive measures are taken up with site team for close out.•Monthly quality performance reporting and documentation to Project Manager and Contract manager.

•Responsible for all the Quality Control activities and inspection at the production.•To make sure that all the on-going activities at the production are as per the latest shop drawings, IFC drawings, Specifications, Method statements, Inspection and Testing Plan and any related documents to ensure the quality of work at the Production.•Witness the Inspections of mould fabrication, mould cleaning, verify the releasing agent prior to concrete work, re-bar inspection, visual inspection prior to concrete pouring•Responsible for checking all the concrete activities from delivery, placing and finishing, if concrete is as per the approved mix design and if it will pass all the requirements.• Monitor concrete pouring; verify number of vibrators used during concrete pouring, inspection for finishing (smooth and rough) and steam curing.•Review all the test results/reports if it is as per the requirements.•Report all Non-Conformance works and coordinate with the site engineers for ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive actions.•Conduct production Auditing on records and documents of all section on their activities as per company policy as requirements of being an ISO 9001:2008 member
