Over all those roles, I tried to stay growth-focused. I was always fascinated by the technology influences sweeping through the world and transforming the way we work and how we live. Late in 2019, I decided to be a part of that change and decided to join OutsideThePC which was still in its infancy.I am a proud Goldman Sachs Alumni. As a part of GS, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse multi-national teams who were passionate about the work they did. Apart from the regular financial process improvements, work output optimisation etc I also had exposure to the small silo projects that kindled my intellect and also helped me understand workings in smaller businesses which have great growth aspirations.Hence, started my entrepreneurship with NammaEvent which later went onto be a successful event management business in Bangalore. I am also a prouder mother and took a long sabbatical from professional commitments to nurture our beautiful child who is now growing-up to be a fine little young man. I'm a believer that a company's culture is what helps build organizations that stay strong in every season. I am part of an organization which believes in investing deeply in its culture, sharing lessons learned - the learnings! and the growth stories which ultimately helps not only us but ours customersI am associated with OutsideThePC due to commonalities in our approach.
