Job Specifications involves-In Accounts:-•Maintaining book of Accounts in Periodical basics,Vouching,Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.•Accounts Payable & Receivable follow up, Scrutiny of Stock transfers, Expenses and receipts entries , •Prepaid Rent License fees, Sponsor fees and Provisions for Gratuity, Leave Salary, Air Tickets etc•Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts, ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.•Having Experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping of various Business sectors like Work Contract, Real Estate, Builders, General Traders (Retail & Wholesale), Clinic, Hospitals, Goods Transport agency, Manpower Consultancy, Pharmaceuticals Distributors, Primary Schools, Trust (Non Profit Organization)•Grouping junior team members together and bifurcate all work areas among themselves and guide them to complete task in timeIn Audit:-•Planning of Audit, Preparation of Audit Work, Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments•Check and inspect the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable ledgers,Check all accounting and clients' databases are updated and functioning properly.•Check and verify accounting books and records are in conformity with corporate policies and Verification of Schedules and Asset Registers and other registers and books.•100% check of all types of bills, Establishment matters like Pay fixation, Earned leave encasement, Leave sanction,ProvisionsTaxation:-•In GST, Accounts & Records To Maintained Under GST-Stock Register, Input tax credit availed, Output tax payable and paid, Such other particulars as be prescribed Return Submission- GSTR1,GSTR2,GSTR3B Upload and Submit all return using secure data network•Managing statutory compliance like GST payment, GST return filing•In VAT, Filling of Quarterly Returns of VAT, CST and Entry Tax and responsible for Assessment Maintain VAT Input Register and VAT Input Credit.•Knowledge about UAE VAT systems
