-Conduct market research for product feasibility, standard sizes of pumps from different manufacturers to produce cost effective high performances pumps.-Involved in Design of 2P series- High capacity Hydraulic External Gear Pumps.-Performing Pump & Motor calculation in Kisssoft Programme.-Performing Design Calculations of Gears and Shafts in Kisssoft.-Conduct Product Teardown Analysis of similar products of market leaders to improve product performance and reduce cost by saving material and introduce different manufacturing processes.

-Creating BOM for External Gear Pumps. -Creating Catalogues for Hydraulic pumps, Geared Motor and other Products.-Creating 2D drawing for Manufacturing.-Designing of sealing elements for pumps.-Creating Assembly & Layout Drawings.

-Understand the customer requirements based on the input from customer to sales department.-Review the Specifications from Application Engineering team and perform initial calculation for selection of suitable gearbox from standard listed catalogued Gearboxes. -Creates Gearbox technical specifications for design department and participates in design reviews.-Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments for new applications.-Reviews Gearbox design for compliance with customer contract requirements and related specifications.-Creating Design Layout for Customer approval.-Market Competitor Analysis for Industrial Gearboxes.-Have visited customer places and identified new applications.
