With a solid foundation in Life-sciences Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) spanning well over a decade, I've cultivated deep domain expertise in this space and a rare experience working with both Commercial and R&D teams in Life-sciences companies. While my initial years were spent implementing large scale Veeva CRM and HCP Engagement platforms for large/G17 customers, the mission in my last few years has been focused on delivering quality SaaS solutions in the R&D/Drug Safety domain, helping Veeva rise from a startup in the space to being leader-and-liked. Over these years, my work has allowed me to cultivate a deep and hard-to-find technology skillset combination in 2 large SaaS platforms - Veeva Vault and Salesforce.com. Overall, my core competencies in technical platforms and my vast and deep expertise in working in closely in customer-facing roles has allowed me to be a servant-leader for Veeva and my customers, helping them guide through complex and lengthy implementations.
