Coordinated a team of 10+ creatives to execute on digital marketing projects across industries including telecommunication, oil and gas, education, and tech. My roles centered around handling client accounts, facilitating in client acquisition, as well as content creation and curation. My job entailed creating digital marketing strategies, client pitches and negotiations, copy writing, content marketing, digital and on-ground marketing activations.

Handled operations of the employees through streamlined internal communications processes and grew the company's reach through creative below the line strategies to reach the company's ideal target market. Through my tenure at HK Breakdown services, the leading tow truck business in Kigali at the time, I managed to get them from a zero marketing company to one with it's own small department and grew their sales by over 65% from when I joined the company, to when I left.

Sarah was tasked with overseeing several departments of the company and setting up new strategies to restructure and innovate the systems of operation, management and brand strategy among other aspects of the company.
