Conducted research on employee engagement at BrainPOP and studied ways to improve it.Coordinated on planning some of BrainPOP’s largest programming events including the Global Day of Service and that year’s Winter Summit employee event.Analyzed employee survey data and comments to create a report detailing the best next steps to create a better work environment for BrainPOP employees.Presented 3 new initiatives to the LPE Team that will improve employee engagement and retention.

- Organizing the WHEDco database PlanStreet.- Creating and entering client forms into the database.Coordinating with different departments of WHEDco to assemble forms and track clients.

- Conducted commercial corridor, in-person outreach to 150+ small businesses in the Jerome Ave area regarding WHEDco and the services they provide to small businesses. - Assisted small business owners with resources to loan/grant application assistance, legal assistance, and etcetera for their businesses.Monitored and updated WHEDco Salesforce database.- Compiled quarterly fiscal year reports in Word and quarterly fiscal year presentations in Excel using Salesforce data.- Upgraded Jerome Avenue Revitalization Committee (JARC) and Southern Boulevard websites using WordPress.

- Monitored and updated a large database of devices loaned to employees with the use of Excel and ServiceNow. - Reached out to current and former employees to retrieve Port Authority devices that were not returned. - Presented on workplace protocols and hosted employee technology in addition to software training sessions.

- Developed proficiency in programs such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS during a daily course.- Collaborated on the creation of an application named Informia, designed to keep the average citizen informed about legislation in Congress.
