Core Responsibilities:- Full end-to-end management of the Real Estate function, including leading the site selection process with local team input, negotiation of all leases and sales contract in conjunction with relevant national brokerage firms and in-house counsel, and project management.- Optimize processes, tools, and technology to continuously improve the Real Estate function. Lead in the establishment and enhancement of best practices to enable the achievement and the execution of growth strategies.- Perform analysis and prepare resulting insights, and make recommendations as part of the company's deal review and overall strategic planning and budgeting processes, including procurement and analysis of first and third-party real estate related data.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry peers - landlords and developers, brokers, fellow brand leaders, and trade associations. - Research and develop potential new business opportunities by identifying and meeting with potential clients, developing financial proposals, and assisting in the transition and take-over process to promote a smooth acquisition.
