My role is to develop and expand international sales of industry leading Enterprise Security, cryptographic payment and general purpose HSM solutions and PKI and Enterprise Key Management Certificate Authorities across EMEA and APAC, through direct sales to corporate banking, card processing, retail and service providers and establish a comprehensive distributor and reseller network throughout the region.For 40 + years Futurex has provided scalable, versatile, and secure solutions to protect and authenticate sensitive information to more than 15,000 financial institutions, retailers, merchant service providers, and other corporate organisations. Futurex's Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Key Management Servers and encryption offer FIPS and PCI certified solutions that protect all financial card based network transactions, cloud and mobile payments, offering solutions for emerging payment technologies, providing security for all common domestic and international message formats for Key Management, EMV, PIN Translation/Verification and general purpose crypto cloud applications.

The directive was to develop and secure new business in EMEA principally from corporate and international banks.IdenTrust provides globally accepted Trusted Identity Credentials with end point security that help prevent fraud, enabling banks such as RBS, Citi, Lloyds and Bank of America to securely transact risk free electronic commerce, between corporate, public sector and financial institutions.IdenTrust has an ‘out of the box’ fully hosted PKI based Identity Framework with complete protection again sophisticated phishing, malware and ‘Man in the Browser’ attacks. IdenTrust ‘zero footprint’ tokens provide authentication, encryption and electronic signatures. This translates into secure worldwide communication for e-Commerce, online banking, order to pay, STP and eBAM. Banks in over 60 countries have replaced non secure user id and password or point solutions by rapidly implementing IdenTrust’s scalable network and achieving ROI of between 200% and 500% with payback inside 12 months.Unlike competitors, IdenTrust is a regulated financial institution and has the only bank developed authentication system and identity scheme that is both legally binding in 172 countries and has never been compromised.

My role was to set up and develop the first beachhead for international sales outside of the Americas for Futurex industry leading strong cryptographic solutions and PKI key management across EMEA and APAC and establish a comprehensive distributor network throughout the region. This was successfully achieved on both a direct sales and distributor model..

ACI Worldwide is the market leader in banking and payments software products offering financial institutions, processors and retailers flexibility and control over their payment and e-commerce transaction whilst helping to prevent credit card fraud. Today ACI has more than 2,600 customers including 24 of the top 25 banks and 14 of the leading retailers globally. ACI also has more than 170 processors as customers including leading global processors such as Euronet, First Data, Global Payments and Worldpay.• Over target sales of ACI solutions and services.• New business sales to finance, banks, telecoms and blue chip corporate accounts.• Develop new revenue streams for existing accounts. • EMEA international sales. Messaging Direct was a start up Electronic Bill Presentation and Payment (EBPP) organisation acquired by ACI.• Joined as Sales Director with a brief to position the company for an IPO or trade sale.• This goal was achieved in 2001 when ACI Worldwide bought Messaging Direct.• Set up new sales team and produced extensive pipeline and new name accounts.• Involved in the due diligence process and transferred over to ACI on completion of trade sale.

Bought by CYRANO in ’97 and floated in ‘98. •Joined as Senior Sales Executive with an individual direct sales target and a brief to build a new sales force and carry a team revenue target. •Achieved individual annual sales target of £1.2 million in the first 7 months and built a team of six over performing sales professionals.•Promoted to UK Sales Director at the end of 12 months. •Performance Software bought by CYRANO 1997.•Promoted to General Manager April 1998 helped carry out IPO in June 1998.•Developed significant sales team and 20 consultants•Grew software and services annual sales to £12million
