1- Conform the credit documentation along with CPM & checklist.2- Review Loans Under Programs” approvals & documentations (FI, risk approval, etc.)3- Review facility terms, authority limits, conditions, interest along with CPM & CBE regulations.4- Ensure that necessary approvals are obtained.5- Review and apply credit terms approved by management and ensure completion of credit files.6- Communicate with the concerned branch regarding any missing documents throughout the reviewing process.7- Adhere to QNB ALAHLI policies and procedures in order to guarantee that QNB ALAHLI business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as, International Standards.8- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money9- Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible

1- Meet existing and potential customers and serve as the most informative customer contact point for general customer requests, Handle customer inquiries (customer's position, account statement, bulletin rates, transaction advises,2- Achieve selling targets, Opening and processing all types of customer accounts, Verify and review account signatures, legal documents, and internal customer proxies, administer and process cheques presented for collection. 3- Prepare branch reports, file records, and correspondence.4- Sell all the bank products (Loans, Credit Cards, Deposits, Credit Facilities, etc..) and demonstrate interest in providing other services.5- Represent the most informative point-of-contact for customers requesting or inquiring on different operations (whether in person or by phones). Direct customers for other points of service when needed.6- Open, amend, and close customer accounts, assign account number, receive and verify customer’s signature, check account documentation, update accounts in the IT systems, and review computer outputs.7- Apply conditions to customer accounts (interest rates, commissions, overdraft limit, validity, etc).8- Maintain documents of customer accounts (signature specimen, ID, commercial register, power of attorneys, etc.) Archive and index customer files.9- Receive orders for check books, Issue check books, maintain related registers and check the data of the cheques presented for collection.10- Arrange and deliver customer's outgoing mail and statement of accounts.11- Manage branch internal and external ATMs.12- Maintain personnel files and absence sheets under the instructions of RTL or the Branch Manager.13- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
