Data Operations Associate*Conducting in-depth primary and secondary research to gather data on various Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions, including but not limited to IPOs, Private Placements (PPs), Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE), Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), mergers, corporate investments, Buyouts, Growth investments, Secondary Buyouts (SBO), Management Buyouts (MBO), etc.* Inputting the meticulously researched data and information into the company's proprietary software or database, providing comprehensive descriptions.* Constructing and maintaining detailed company profiles, continuously updating them to reflect the most recent changes within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.* Managing and addressing ad hoc requests and submissions from clients promptly and efficiently.* Cross-functional team meetings to facilitate the processing of specific deals and transactions.
