I got the opportunity to work on the second volume of the Arzu Anthology of Student Voices. I managed the design for the book, typesetting the book and other aspects. Special thank you to Faizan Dawood from MarComm for helping me finalise the book and making sure it works out well, Harmain Ahmer for designing the cover, and Sabah Ismail for helping me choose the cover colours.Also grateful for the team we had this year, everyone did an amazing job!

Interned at Dawn.com from July to August.Spent two weeks at the Blogs desk as a graphic designer. Then spent four weeks at Dawn Images (the culture desk) where I did research, designed instastories, wrote a couple of articles, and even redecorated the office. 6-week internship at Spectrum Y&R; mostly did design work for various brands with the occasional copywriting task. Had wonderful supervisors and grateful for the experience overall.

The Arzu Anthology is set to be Habib University's first official publication. Apart from contributing, I have the pleasure of being the Coordinator and Designer for it. My primary duties range from mediating between team members, to seeking out contributions, to ensuring that we're following a set plan and schedule, whilst also typesetting the book and designing the cover.

Diversity Day is a big part of Habib University's New Student Orientations. Last year, I was an Orientation Leader that was part of the presenting team; this year, I was hired to put together the team, compose the script and powerpoint, and present once again; despite the differing schedules, having that kind of confidence from my team and supervisors was the second best part of the experience; the best part was the presentation itself :)

The Office of Academic Performance (OAP) is involved with handling academic student affairs, along with providing students with multiple other facilities. As the graphic design intern for OAP, I was responsible for designing posters, tri-folds and inforgraphics (amongst other things) for both print and online distribution.Part of summer work-study/internship, as well as regular semester work-study.

The Student Life department at Habib University is involved in everything outside of the classroom-- everything non-academic basically. From workshops to clubs to events, SL handles it all.My job as graphic designer was to design their graphic content; posters, social media branding, or even decorating the office. Anything creative is in my realm. Part of semester work-study/internship.
