With over 8 years of extensive experience in industrial operations, I have honed my skills in managing and optimizing processes in pyrolysis, carbon grinding, and granulation. My career journey has seen me grow from a Shift Incharge in pyrolysis and carbon grinding to a Production and Technical Head, where I successfully commissioned a complete granulation unit. I am dedicated to improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality production, and leading teams towards achieving organizational goals.List of experience I have.1. I have good experience in RCBL as production engineer learn lots of things from this company, evaluated my skills, my knowledge, strength, leadership quality and got good knowledge in pyrolysis process and carbon black manufacturing process, come to know about heat exchanger equipment, various types of pumps etc. 2. Have good knowledege of SCM and HGM80 ultrafine grinding machine which we are using for grinding rCB.3. Have good knowledge of end life tyres recycling process by continuos raactor and batch reactor.4. Handled all the plant individually 4 month in absence if plant head of pyrolysis process, grinding unit and carbon granulator.5. Have 5 years of experience in carbon granulator which includes pin mixer, dryer (Vibro fluidised bed dryer). Commissioned whole granulation plant for better and smooth production to get good quality of product.5. Controlled pellet hardnes of rCB in VFBD by adjusting various parameters of process.6. Acheived good quality of toluene transmittence material which is good for rubber manufacturing.7. Have good knowlege of Carbon black manufacturing to acheive ASTM grade like carbon.
