Roles:• Managing the invoice process• Preparation of financial statements including P&L and Balance sheet.• Managing the cashflow system of the company and maintaining cash flow statements.• Preparation of Receivable and payable statements on timely manner.• Preparation of relevant management reports on timely basis.• Managing the petty cash.• Preparation of monthly VAT report.• Preparation of Withholding Tax and filing accordingly.Responsibilities:• In order to prepare the financial statements on timely basis and presenting before the top management.• Handle and resolve the issues and queries raised by clients and suppliers regarding the invoices according to the priority.• Preparation of reconciliation statements and to audit the same according in order to maintain an efficient internal financial systems• Ensure that all the invoices are prepared according to the norms of the Government bodies and also to ensure that the invoices prepared are as per the quotation and PO.• Ensure timely payment transfer from the clients by continuous follow from the client.• Ensure a smooth relationship with suppliers and to process their payment on timely basis• To maintain a smooth functioning of petty cash statements.• To ensure the smooth functioning of the financial ERP and to report in any hindrances to the concerned technical department.• To ensure that the VAT reports are prepared and submitted according the norms of GAZAT and track the same for if any queries required.• To ensure that Withholding tax are filed and submitted as per the norms of GAZAT.

Roles:• Meetings with the existing clients, fetching orders and complying their requirements.• Activating new clients and fetching new orders from them.• Coordinating with the designing and production team by forwarding them the complete requirements from the clients. • Provide day-to-day operational and process support to clients.• Assisting the Sales Manager in all his official tasks and supporting him in all the sales activities.• Keeping all documentation up to date by team to share with clients at any point of time.• Preparation of invoice’s and submitting to the clients in a timely manner.Responsibilities:• Attend meetings with the clients regarding new orders, issues reviews and technical objects code review meetings.• Handle and resolve the issues and queries raised by end-users according to the priority.• Preparation of end user manuals, assisting in month end closing, quality check for the processed documents. • Ensure that all the job details are recorded and updated in the company’s ERP system.• Ensure timely payment transfer from the clients by continuous follow from the client.• Send out daily sales activity reports on the status of the issues to the Project Managers, Sales Managers and Delivery Managers.• Ensure the approval of the product’s design simulation from the clients before starting the production.• Tracking the status of the production by checking the company’s ERP system

Role: • Establishing new business by fetching new clients.• Demonstrating and presenting sample products before the clients.• Activating present clients by offering them better support services.• Provide day-to-day operational and process support to clients • Keeping all documentation up to date by team to share with clients at any point of time.• Preparation of invoice’s and submitting to the clients in a timely manner.• Contributes to the team effort.• Coordinating with the production and operations department in case of production of the fabricated products.Responsibilities:• To facilitate the timely delivery of the products of service by coordinating with the operations department.• Maintaining related documents and sent out to the Sales manager and Commercial Manager.• Preparation of periodical sales report and MIS reports and sent out to the Sales Manager and Commercial Manager.• To engage and manage technical resources to deliver the project plan in case of Electro-mechanical contracting.• To chair regular Technical Project Review Meetings, Customer facing Meetings (if required), attend • To manage risks and issues impacting project deliverables.• To escalate relevant issues and risks in accordance to the Project Issue and Risk Management.• To work with different geography teams to deliver the solutions to the different customers.
