Contribute to develop project implementation strategy, develop guide line for implementing project activity, analyze and review the budget, gained money management. Developing report template, case study sampling and assisting to develop monitoring tools, monitoring frame work and project log frame. Work collaboratively with a wide variety of organizations including Government agencies, private sector, academia, donor, civil societies GO/NGO & INGOs. Doing visit fields frequently as need. Support to other programme to develop strategy for programme management for both rural and urban setup• RepresentationI have good rapport with prominent private sectors Unilever, Pran-RFL group, National Plimer group, Bengol plastic, Incepta farmacuticle, Beximco garments sector and more other, working with different media both electronic and printing and relevant government sector (HBRI, UDD, City corporation, DDM, relevant ministry as well as other relevant NGOs/INGOs and different platform -WASH cluster, member of ALNAP etc. I am representing for my present organization to relevant sectors and consortium.
