As an experienced professional, I am passionate about data-driven decision-making through information management and data analysis for the development sector. With two years of diverse experience in research-oriented projects, I have focused on refining my skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), methodology development, and participatory research. As an urban planner, I acquire, manage, and analyze spatial and non-spatial information, which helps prepare urban and rural development plans. Besides, I regularly maintain liaisons with government agencies, consultants, and local communities to facilitate data collection and ensure project compliance.To sum up my career in the last three years, I have worked on projects for government and non-government organizations in Dhaka, Gazipur, Tangail, Kishoreganj, Lalmonirhat, Chattogram, Patuakhali, Gaibandha, and Bogura in city corporation, municipality, and upazila levels. Among the Projects I worked for are the Urban Development Plan for Gazipur City Corporation; Vulnerability and Adaptation to Coastal Hazard in Chattogram Coast by the Directorate of Research and Extension, CUET; Elenga and Basail Municipal Masterplan Project of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED); Nawabganj and Mithamain Upazila Masterplan by LGED; Lalmonirhat Upazila Masterplan by Urban Development Directorate (UDD); Developing a Guideline on Construction, Operation, and Maintenance for Women Friendly Market Space by Action Aid Bangladesh.In addition to my professional activities, I accomplished many national and international freelancing projects on spatial data management, publication, translation, and documentation. I am particularly interested in research-oriented topics that comprise statistics and geospatial techniques in the fields of environment, urban planning, and development.
