During my businesd and technology transformation initiative at companies , developed comprehensive blue print for corporate Data Center infrastructure, network , cloud , application and systems and cyber security by re-engineering and implementing new age contextual technology solution which has helped to deliver future ready industrialised service delivery, simplified IT Infrastructure operations, consolidating and modernising global Infrastructure assets and improved asset utilisation.This systematic approach has helped leading to greater efficiency and productivity for organisation and BU's. I have enabled team in building strategic road maps and innovation for creating a digitital ecosystem.A passionate technology and business leader with strong expertise in Cyber & Information Security , Cloud and DC business and application, I believe this experience & insights helped me over the years with better strategy planning and solving complex business problems.Initial days of career was with Infosys and been part of Infrastructure , Cloud and Security Management Services, formed as new growth engine. I had the opportunity being initial set of employees, played many leadership role and helped to build the foundation of this new growth unit and contributed to grow these unit exponentially. I had the chance to strategize and design several next gen service offerings, GTM , co-created and worked incubating many services successfully. Driving technology innovation solutions has brought tremendous business value to clients and empowered customets and increased end users experience manifold.Set up and lead world class global Cloud and Infra lab at Infosys – Mysore and worked on setting up, scaling & maturing Infosys Infrastructure Technology Excellence & Academy including various next gen digital platform for training on niche skills & Knowledge Management.I have diverse experience in client relationships, stake holder management, people leadership, conflict management, team building and negotiation skills.A passionate industry speaker at various forums and my works, POV published on various platforms and print media.
