In my role, I led the overall Talent Acquisition function, focusing on scaling growth and overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition across various functions, including Engineering, Product, Consulting, Go-to-Market, and Corporate Functions. My primary responsibilities involved developing people strategies to position HighRadius for success both at present and well into the future. Key accomplishments include:Led a grew a high-performance team to implement aggressive growth plans for HighRadius. I organized and structured the team to facilitate the hiring of disruptive talents, resulting in increased productivity and stakeholder engagement.Served as an advisor and strategic partner to business and leadership, driving the development and implementation of strategies and tactics for recruiting a robust pipeline of diverse talent.

As a Head of TA and with a collaborative, consultative and purpose driven strategy, I was responsible for leading the talent acquisition for all setting up all new businesses including Cloud Kitchens which expanded with 5000+ employees within a year.Overseeing experienced hire, campus hiring, executive hiring, talent acquisition operations and sourcing, talent acquisition projects, talent analytics and insights as well as personally managing some of key own hiring across the country, was working directly with the founding leadership team.

As the founding head of TA for the bank, I partnered with executive leadership and business partners to set the course for the talent acquisition team to ensure the needs of the bank was met through different models of recruiting.- Develop and own strategic development of recruiting processes, identifying competitive landscapes, providing insight on competitive benchmarking, defining talent landscape and refining the employer brand- Lead sourcing strategies through a variety of sourcing channels including the use of social media with an emphasis on passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of recruiting tools.- Develop and drive operational efficiencies- Demonstrate leadership in a fast paced environment while being adaptable and flexible to provide subject matter leadership, including engagement and thought leadership.

Head of Talent Acquisition, Industry Academia, Projects, and Employer brand, responsible for leading a team across the country to support business initiatives and objectives. Responsible for designing and implemented hiring strategy across 2000 locations pan India through cost effective and innovative method.- Preparing HR strategy and recruitment plan including manpower plans.- Project implementation planning to ensure organisational objectives.- Propagates and ensure implementation of HR policies / directives.- Effect changes and introduce innovative ways for managing productivity.Industry Academia PartnershipLaunched first of its kind collaboration with XLRI, SP Jain, IIM Calcutta, BHU, XIMB amongst others for industry specific quality talent fulfillment.- Provide direction and development to Industry Academia partnership.- Devise tactical plans to achieve strategic goals of this vertical.- Oversees the overall functioning of this vertical including course content, delivery, quality of programs assessment, student engagement and productivity improvement.- Conceive marketing and promotional plans and provide support for building the academia brand.- Ensures a congenial and cohesive Community and Public relations by presenting and promoting the organization and its mission, programs, and services in a positive image to relevant stakeholders and the society.
