Responsible to the Dean and the chief advisor in respect of all Academic and Administrative matters of the School of Business

1. Ensure in liaison with the Department curriculum planner that the programme structure is demand driven and therefore highly competitive2. Ensure that Programme delivery methods enhance transfer of knowledge, skills and attitudes to the target beneficiary3.Guide and inform students about opportunities for career development4. Organize educational study tour/visits to third year students, and accompany them with the respective class supervisors5. Proof read course-work and examination marks, and memoranda and the spreadsheets having been compiled by class supervisors and present the examination results before the members in the department meeting.6. Assist the department curriculum planner in developing programme brochures7. Perform any other function as shall be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

1. Advice and Counsel class members on class Administrative and academic matter2. Attend to problems related to class time table and attenfance to class by both students and lecturers/professors3. Compilation of course-work and examination marks for class including making sure they are correctly added and preparation of memoranda and spreadsheet for the examination results.4. Advice on student permission to be away from class and outside the university.5. Attend to all other students academic problems 6. Member of the BBA/BAF Programme Coordinator and the Department Curriculum planner8. Perform any other duties as they may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time9. Convene regular meetings with students to find out their problems for onward transmission to programme co-ordinator10.
