Preparation of Annual and quarterly work plans and budgets for the organization.Proper recording transactions into organization accounting systems Prepare and submit periodic financial and quarterly reports to management Ensure proper implementation of donor financial procedures, policies and regulations of the organization projects funds.Monitoring and liaising with other staff to ensure financial receipts and payments are accurately timely and appropriately handled.In charge of procurements, purchasing processes to adhere to established controls and mechanism for purchases supplies, equipment or services. Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and consultants of the organization and ordering of office supplies.Monitor the Cash flows and ensures that expenditure conform to the budget Preparing timely monthly financial and quarterly reports of the organizationAdministration functions of the organizations i.e. office operations in charge of storage and security of organizations documents, logistical arrangements for staff travel and logistical coordination of all organizations meetings and events.Prepare final accounts for the external and internal auditors Planning and review meetings of the organization and keep all staff updated of all financial issues in the organization.In charge of stores and fleet management of the organization and maintaining organization assets register. Conducting trainings in resource management, facilitation skills for staff and other members of the organization.

Identifying internal controls in Organisation & Company’s activities.Carrying out audit tests to determine whether the controls are on reliance throughout the relevant accounting period.Obtaining an understanding of recording accounting systems including procedures &controls incorporated in it.Whether proper accounting records have been kept by the organisation / company.Whether the organisation’s balance sheet and fund accountability statement are in agreement with the accounting records &returns.Preparing reports to senior auditors.
