• Import CDRs in the local system SQL Server to reconcile the stats between the Production SQL Server, billing system and soft switch to ensure that all the CDRs are getting processed in the billing system.• Coordinate with carriers and partners to address any queries related to billing, rate sheets, or disputes and resolving in time and efficient manner.• Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC), rates team, routing team, and accounts/finance department to address and resolve inquiries related to billing.• Collaborate with the billing application vendor to gather requirements, develop new features, enhance existing functionalities, and address any issues related to the billing application.• Engage in the testing and execution of upgrades and improvements for the billing system, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.• Analyze billing data and generate analysis reports for management, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
