Manage the overall implementation of the community prevention project in Hadiya- lead and manage project staff- create strong partnership with government stakeholders and partners-organize events and workshops professionally- project planning and execution- monitoring and evaluating ongoing activities- risk management- proactive and collaborative problem solving- prepare professional report writing- engage in scientific beneficiary selection-ensure effective project implementation- ensure beneficiary participation in all project implementation process

-Organized workshops and events to expand project visibility-Conducted supportive supervision and following up to ensure project effectiveness-Identify the eligible beneficiaries within the target communities that would benefit from the project-Participate in the selection, training and supervision of community engagement activities-Participate in the development and implementation of community education workshops-Follow up children who have been reintegrated with their families and ensure both children and families are progressing well-Work closely with Development Agents, health extension workers, teachers, school principals and any other government frontline workers-Ensure all project activities are in line with organization’s Child Protection/Well Being Policy-Maintain regular written documentation of all project activities-Input all project data into the organization database regularly-Monitor the project activities and outcomes against the project plan and liaise with Project Manager if there are any discrepancies of more than 10%-Participate in regular supervision meetings with the Project Manager-Complete other tasks as appropriate to the position as assigned by the Project Manager
