Resulted in over 1200 client problem ticket closures.-Lead the project of setting up and administration of VM infrastructure for the commerce development and support team.

-Managed all UNIX / Linux worldwide special customer builds for all supported DB2 products.-Integrated fixes and new functionality into existing build trees for a variety of platforms including Linuxamd, Linuxia, Linux390, LinuxPPC, SUN Solaris, HP-UX, HPIA, and AIX.-Developed strong analytical skills debugging compile time and makefile issues.-Introduced reliable solutions to remove compilation and runtime breaks on DB2 builds.-Maintained over 55 machines configured on a variety of platforms, operating systems, and DB2 versions. -Developed tools to increase productivity and maintained existing ones utilizing KSH and Perl scripting. -Worked with other members of the build team to construct build management software, utilizing skills in PHP.-Contributed to projects for in-house software development, taking advantage of version control systems such as CMVC, Clear Case and CVS.
