After graduating from Oral Roberts University in 2014 with a Mechanical Engineering degree, I pursued a career with Lockheed Martin on the F-35 program. After realizing my true passion for helping others would be more effective in a different environment, I opened my own gym, CrossFit OYL in 2016. Over the last 7 years, I’ve been able to help others with their health & fitness as well as develop a staff also capable of helping others take ownership of their lives. I have now expanded the role beyond just fitness and coach Mastermind groups, mindset mastery, nutrition, and overall life coaching. I hope to help not only clients but also other gym owners take ownership of their lives through the power of choice.
