With over eight years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed multiple large-scale projects, such as the implementation of the first Health Information Exchange in the Middle East in Abu Dhabi and the implementation of a national health information exchange platform in Saudi Arabia.My core competencies include PMO development, budgeting, project management, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. I have a passion for continuous improvement and finding creative solutions that enhance the end user experience and support the strategic goals of our organization.
