Following up the actions that are provided by customer according evaluation of FAT.• Making necessary improvements and taking actions to operate the machine more efficiently before commissioning.• Planning and managing installation of machine according to schedule. • Evaluating for operations, machine parameters, quality parameters, process parameters, work and material flow and environmental conditions in SAT.• Hiring blue collar and giving technical lessons. Adapting the machine and human resources to the workload.• Utilizing lean and Six Sigma methods to streamline workflow and ensure cost-effective production.• Evaluating employee performance and creating opportunity for improving skills of employee.• Managing production and machine consuming parts for all line and implementing improvement.• Engaging new project according to cost, quality and performance criteria. • Conducting regular research on raw materials to identify opportunities to reduce budget and increase revenue.
