- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).- Monitor performance of products, operations and equipment’s against standards, promptly.- Attend to changes and deviations.- Assist and ensure all validations are conducted timely and accordingly.- Assist and review production batch records have all the necessary information for final approval and release decision.- Comply with GMP’s, SOP’s and all regulatory documentation.- Conduct experimental testing and evaluation of raw materials, dry blendsand bulk product.- Coordinate formulation and analytical resources as needed, includingthose provided by production/manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, supply chain, regulatory affairs.- Prepare manufacturing trial documentation for pilot / small production runs and scale-up operations.

- Co-ordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of the company- Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities, filters and machine size parts.- Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP.- Controls production process and production facilities.- Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas.- Ensures that all production equipments are maintained in good working order.- Assists in pilot scale trials of products under development.- Ensures the hygienic condition of production personnel.Liquid and semisolid dosage form department from ( 12 / 2017 ) to ( 10 / 2018 ).- Monitoring preparation process of creams, ointments, gels and lotions on Fryma Kruma machine with capacity of 500 Kg.- Monitoring filling process at Axomatic machine for creams and ointments.- Monitoring preparation process of syrups on syrup preparation tank with capacity of 2500 liters.-Monitoring filling process of syrup on S.S machine with production rate 7000 bottle per hour.Solid dosage form from (10 / 2018 ) to (2/2020) .-Monitoring  preparation process of wet granulation on Clit R.M.G. with capacity of 120 Kg. and Clit F.B.D. ( powders, tablets and capsules).- Monitoring preparation process of dry mix preparations. - Monitoring compression process on Kilian and PAM-Legacy machines.- Monitoring process of coating on Gansons machine.- Monitoring process of capsule filling on PAM F40 machine.- Monitoring process of sachet filling on Wraptech machine.- Monitoring process of blistering on Pam-Pac and Partina machines.
