Cushman & Wakefiled is a global real estate consultancy firm and there are a lot of deparments in it. I worked in office and industrial department. -We both tried to market our landlord buildings to the tenants and find our tenant representative new offices.-I made financial analysis for our tenant representatives which shows 5-10 year NPV and IRR values. -Using Site Solutions System I made help to research department to publish quarter reports.-By using Salesforce System, I tried to organize meetings and site visits. I attended most of these meetings and visits. -I found the right contacts in the companies and sent them our proposal.-At our campaigner system, I made the emailings by using HTML. After preparing them, every week we sent it to our potential clients region by region.

I worked at contract departmant and learned many useful information about legal procedures about the contract. -Following all the sign procedures of the contracts -Helping my colleagues to prepare contracts -Entering all the contracts to the FTP server. -Attending meetings with subcontractors -Analyzing FIDIC contract types Almost every project of Polimeks were in Turkmenistan and we were working compatibly. The contracts' approval process were followed together. The size and price of the projects were really high and some of them were prestigious. For instance, I follow the contrac procedure of the Ashgabat Olympics Complex and Ashgabat International Airport.

Second Internship at Kuntsevo Multifunctional Trade-Business-Apartment Center. Worked both in office and construction site.-Checklist control.-Quantity survey work-Check and compare all the steel amount which is used at site and shown in the project. -Examination of progress reports-Technical visit to the concrete station-Publishing the reports of concrete analysis results in the server -Installation of QA/QC documents to the system-Translation of a official contract of a Tunnel in Moscow.

-Writing progress report every day about the ongoing projects-Examination of static and reinforcement calculation reports-Halkalı Koru Project Site Visits and attending all meetings-Examination of almost every specitions such as TS498 TS500 or Turkish Earthquake Code and translation of them into English.

First internship at Moscow City, the Plot 12 project Eurasia Tower. It was the first site experience for me. The works I completed or examined can be listed as;-Attending OHS training and site walks-Surveying Calculations-Reading and understading both reinforced concrete and steel projects-Observing welding, manufacturing and construction phases-Training about concreting and concreting applications-Observing slump tests and Schmidt Hammer Tests, Ultrasonic Welding TestI had chance to see almost every work at construction site. I observed every detail and tried to understand how the process was going on.
