- Implement and support cultural change across the plant and drive business improvement- Undertake continuous training and development-Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors -Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance-Ensure On Time In Full production based upon plan submitted by Supply Planning team-Co-ordinate Maintenance and Production teams to deliver repair & maintenance plan

-Management of all manufacturing operations, oversight of facilities and equipment-Controlling the realization of daily, weekly and monthly production plans-Assuring that production operations are staffed and conducted so as meet delivery, cost and quality targets-Management of technical maintenance-Leading budgeting for the both department-Examine the technical problems of production, taking action and follow up-Keeping up with the technical developments and innovations to bring the feasible improvements to the factory within the business association with other departments-Responsible for reporting status of company objectives on a periodic basis to upper management-Leads operational excellence and continuous improvement projects Provides support and advice to staff on production issues-Leads&support HSE activities in the plant-CAPEX management and follow up
