I have been working as a part of the structural analysis and integrity team (SAI) for classified projects. I have completed static, modal, forced response, fatigue (LCF & HCF), damage tolerance, flutter and flow disturbance analyses with the reduced order models for turbine and compressor blades with Ansys Mechanical and CFX. Also, I have been doing research for reliable methods and imply them to the knowledge and methodology library of the company as best practices. Furthermore, I have been developing computation and visualization tools with Excel VBA. My general experience in TRMotor depends on the blade numbering, stability (Blade Flutter) & synchronous vibration of the gas turbine engine blades and discs considering nozzle passing excitation, low engine order excitation, and partial admission excitation. Also, I have been researching the correct analysis methodologies of non-synchronous vibration of the blades depending on the acoustic resonance, rotating stall, and vortex-induced excitations (Buffeting).

I have worked on a classified 5th-generation fighter jet project. I have completed airframe fastener sizing and evaluation under critical load cases with Hypermesh, Nastran, Hypersizer, and self-developed tools.

I have worked on both finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics analysis with various ANSYS workbench software modules. I have completed modal, static and forced response analyses for internal combustion engine thermostats as FEA side. Also, I have designed turbomachinery centrifugal pump impellers with the help of ANSYS VISTA (CPD) & BLADE-GEN and analyzed those pumps with ANSYS CFX according to expectations in terms of effective pressure rise, hydraulic efficiency, and cavitation. Also, I have completed internal combustion engine thermostats’ head loss CFD analyses with ANSYS FLUENT and gave feedback to the designers. I have designed and analyzed the PORSCHE 9A3 engine's water pump and increased cavitation characteristics with both steady and transient CFD analyses.

I have worked on structural analyses of the different structure types those are turret, supporter structures carrying structures, etc. with the Ansys FEA program. I have completed static, modal, random vibration, transient (shock), fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses on the structures having different elasticity types which are isotropic, hyperelastic, and orthotropic (composite material). Most of the analyses depend on MIL-STD-810G. Also, I have completed topology and parametric optimizations on the supporter geometries..

I have worked on checks of the line maintenance packages, FAA airworthiness directives with related ATA chapters.
