•Conduct research to find an opportunity in the construction industry during recession.•Develop promotional material in liaison with our agency.•Develop TVCs for the project.•Supervise the media campaign for promotion of the project.•Currently developing a website for the project.•Analyze project feasibility of the in process project i.e., construction of 70 residential apartments building as well as future projects •Prepare estimated budget of Rs. 120 Million (of the project i.e., cost of construction of 70 residential apartments)•Coordinate and liaison with consultant, architect and contractors for the project to maintain timelines. •Negotiate construction rates as well as updates with consultant and contractors of the project and sign final agreements.•Negotiate rates of generators and elevators with vendors and finalize purchase orders.•Prepare master schedule of the project to ensure timely completion of the project.•Prepare project progress reports and prepare recommendations for improvement.•Prepare contingency plans for emergency situations like fire, earthquake etc.•Coordinate with Government Departments i.e. electricity, public works department, gas, telephone etc on related issues.•Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.•Investigate damage, accidents or delays at construction site to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. •Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
