- Ensure that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.- Create and review opportunities to implement best practice purchasing policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance and deliver best value andbusiness savings.- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.- Utilize appropriate resources including Supplier Development to ensure appropriate supplier partnerships and delivery of sourced products.- Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost saving.- Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders andcolleagues.- Measure against KPI criteria if these exist.

1 ) Galvanizing, Sandwich panels and corrugated steel sheet plants: Responsibilities:- Supervising on the construction of the galvanizing plant.- Treatment the steel by HDG process.- Monitor material usage variance and minimize losses and waste.- Following the plan of production &the manufacturing process steps.- Supervising the production team.- Supervising applying the document control system by the workers on time.- Interacting with the other departments' team to prioritize the orders.- Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, safety, quality and efficiency.- Following up the cost of production and controlling it.- Reporting to the manager at higher level of accuracy.2) Quality control for Sandwich panels &corrugated steel sheet plant and portable cabin plant: Responsibilities:- Application of testing and inspection for raw materials such as: polyurethane, steel sheets.- Direct and control raw materials and packaging acceptance to reduce receipt of defective material and improve productivity of manufacturing lines.- Perform inspection of incoming products, materials or customer items according to job order.- Perform in-process inspection according to procedures and customer's specifications. Raise report whenever necessary- Perform final inspection of items to ensure that all quality requirements- Analyze result and decide the acceptance level of the final product- Raise non-conformance report to plant managers.- Develop opportunities with plant personnel and vendors support into viable enhancement leading to improving manufacturing rates and profits.- Make a suppliers evaluation.
