Dealing with daily operation of the vessels chartered in (time, voyage and period basis) on behalf of principals including but not limited to setting up proper communication between chartering and operation department, handling of claims and insurance matters, agency appointments, helping vessel’s captain to prepare relevant documents requested by charterers such as preliminary stowage plan, following freight & hire payments, bunker management of vessels and bunker purchasing, running of laytime calculations, preparing relevant charterparties, and making final voyage calculation to overview the profitability of specific business at the end of each voyage, result of which is to be reported to the board of director & heads of operation.
