I have taken several responsibilities in integration of the Dısbank and Fortis in 2005, then the integration of Fortis&TEB and BNPP in 2011. They included the alignment of sales organization to the global organization, local implementation of global front office systems, integration between front office systems and core banking system which enables STP from booking to credit risk monitoring, creations of deal confirmations, follow up documentation, and alignment of local product scope accordingly. Finally, being responsible for the development of e-commerce FX digital platform “TEBFX” on top of the global markets sales and marketing management experience enhanced my organizational and relationship skills which will help me to develop myself as a candidate for a senior executive positions.
