Create a manual with technical documentation of IT processes which can be used by any of the staff. Configures, tests, deploys, and maintains a virtual server environment using VMware. Plan and upgrade OS and hardware upgrade of windows and ESXI servers. Maintain support and monitor VMware ESXI 6.0/6.5/6.7/7.0.3 and virtual machines. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system problems. Driving and supporting the strategic planning process. Providing cross-functional teams and leadership with guidance, supported by analysis, on key strategic decisions. Coordinating with the vendors for technical queries and issues. Configure and Monitor daily servers Backup on VERITAS Netback up and Commvault. Deploying Windows Patches manually and through SCCM and Bigfix. Configuration and managing High availability, VMotion, taking snapshots and restoring snapshots of VM"S, Day to day administration and monitoring of VMware infrastructure.
