After working as a bank official/manager for 11 years and finance manager in the textile sector for 7 years, I have been working in the consultancy, entrepreneurship and training sectors since 2004. I served as a team leader and senior expert in the European Union and United Nations organizations’ projects. I also contributed to about three thousand prospective entrepreneurs by giving entrepreneurship trainings and preparing business plans. I carried out activities in the projects of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Development Agencies, İŞKUR, Chambers of Commerce and Industry etc...Main activities in the projects:- To provide training on entrepreneurship and project preparation in EU format- Preparing the application form and application evaluation criteria for the program organized for SMEs with export potential and serving in selection committees- Promoting Business Development Centers to potential beneficiaries, advising on business plans prepared by candidate businesses- Mentoring and coaching SME owners and managers, preparing training and consultancy needs analysis- Informing SME owners and/or managers and consultants on public incentives
